Kiosk
Our kiosk is open 7 days a week for lunch, coffee and ice cream, to sit outside or take on your waterside walk. Right next to the playground and with that signature Boathouse view of the water and the local birds.
LOCAL AREA
We are based in the beautiful Cornelian Bay in New Town. Home to the colourful boathouses that are our namesake, stunning views of the Tasman bridge, the park and children's playground right on the foreshore.

A family owned business right on the beach at Cornelian Bay, The Boathouse occupies one of the most beautiful settings in Hobart, less than 10 minutes from the CBD. Fabulous waterfront views with the Tasman bridge as a backdrop, the Boathouse is the perfect location for family outings. With the park and playground outside and a peaceful setting for long relaxed lunches. Also great for a romantic evening meal and special occasions.
We can also host functions of up to 150 people. Our Kiosk has you covered for casual bites while you watch your dogs play, or fuel the kids up before a park play session.
